It's New Year's Eve, 1999, and Jade is experiencing the lovely effects of a psychedelic after-glow. Her roommate Derek, on the other hand, is beginning to panic about a deal the two made with a sketchy friend named Cynthia. As the New Millennium approaches, Jade and Derek must navigate the bloody results of a plan gone wrong.
